To our valued customers, As of 7:00 AM today, our Water Treatment Plant has RESUMED its operation. We have managed to operate 4 hours earlier than our estimated time of completion. For now, our water pressure is already building up which will normally take up to 8 hours depending on the area. Our team will be working 24/7 in releasing airlocks to increase the water pressure as soon as possible. We understand your frustrations but please know that we are doing our best to recover the water supply as early as we can. Thank you for your understanding.

TO OUR DEAR CONSUMERS: As of 9:00 AM today, we regret to inform you that we will be shutting down our Malingin Water Treatment Plant due to ongoing trouble shooting efforts at the intake electrical & instrumentation system, where faults have been identified. This shutdown is necessary to ensure the safety and integrity of our operations and to prevent any potential harm to our customers or our equipment. As a result of this shutdown, there will be a complete power interruption to the plant, and we will not be able to produce treated water during this time. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and are working diligently to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We will provide regular updates on the status of the repair work and notify you as soon as normal operations resume. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience and understanding. Please note that this shutdown is expected to last until further notice, and we will do our best to provide an estimated time for when the plant will resume operations. Thank you for your cooperation.
