Frequently Asked Questions

To apply, you can do walk-in, online application, and phone call applications;

For a Walk-in: Tagbilaran office is located at Benigno Aquino Ave., Cogon District, Tagbilaran City near Old Airport beside 7 eleven. Our Panglao office is located on the opposite side of Eskaya Resort’s main gate. We also have an office in Dauis located at Catarman, Dauis Bohol.

For Online Applications, can now be submitted through our website. In the comfort of your own home or office, simply visit www.richliwater.com and click “Apply Now”. Fill up the form and upload the necessary documents. This is good for both desktop and mobile use.

For Phone Call Application, please give us your contact number so that our customer service officer will call you for details.

Requirements for Residential connection:

1 Valid Id

1 Any proof of billing or Cedula

Requirements for Commercial connection:

1 Valid Id

1 Any proof of billing or Cedula,

1 Business Permit

As of now we are serving the following areas; Tagbilaran, Panglao, Dauis, Cortes, and Baclayon.

RESIDENTIAL RATE

If you pay it on an installment basis:

Original Price – ₱ 6,600.00

less Down Payment – ₱ 500.00

Remaining balance – ₱ 6,100.00

5 % interest – ₱ 305.00

Total – ₱ 6,405.00

Divide it by 12 mos. – ₱ 533.75

Your monthly installment fee is 533.75 plus your monthly consumption fee

On a Cash Basis, you will pay the discounted price of ₱ 5,940.00.

For Customers/Clients who would prefer to pay at banks may deposit payments thru RICHLI’s bank account with details as follows:

You can also pay your bills wherever you are through GCash; just follow the steps below and enjoy this hassle-free service.

1. Log in to the GCash App
2. Choose “Pay Bills”
3. Choose “Water Utilities”
4. Select “Richli Water”
5. Enter your Richli Water Account Number, Account Name, and Bill amount found on your Richli Water Billing Statement
6. Review the Bills Payment details and “Confirm”

IMPORTANT NOTE: To verify your payment, please email your deposit slip thru RICHLI’s E-mail Add: customerpayments@richlicorp.com or send it to RICHLI’s Facebook Page.

Yes, we do accept check payments. However, we only issue the acknowledgement reciept on the day of payment. We can only release the official reciept after the three days clearing.

Compared to other water service providers Richli Water is a bit higher because it undergoes state-of-the-art water treatment technology wherein it features 7 stages of the water treatment process and a specialized laboratory to produce potable water as mandated by the Philippine National Standards for Drinking-Water (PNSDW). To ensure its quality Richli Water conducts daily water monitoring analysis.

Moreover, Richli Water is adopting environmentally sustainable methods of collection and treatment of surface water. Richli Water cannot regulate its own tariff rates since it is being regulated by the National Water Resources Board (NWRB).

Failing to pay on or before due date:

The Water Service will be disconnected after 2 days

To double check if you have a leak in your pipeline, please try to close all your faucets at home and check your water meter. If your water meter is running, it means your pipeline is having a leakage. You may need to contact your plumber for the tracing and repair works. However, if your water meter is not running after closing your faucets, it means you have no leakage.

Important Note: RICHLI's jurisdiction is from the distribution pipeline to the water meter. Any leakage or damage after the meter is already the CONSUMER's liability.

If you think your bill is higher than your usual consumption, these steps can help you address your concern:

1. Try to check your pipeline after the meter for possible leakage
Note: Leakage after the meter is common for abrupt billings.

2. If no leakage found, contact our Billing Department to verify if your bill is accurate.

Note: Try to double check your valve within the water meter if it is fully open. There may be times that lockwing valves are closed which caused the interruption.
