We would like to address recent concerns raised regarding the turbidity and overall quality of our water supply. After promptly investigating the issue, we discovered that some consumers have installed TEE-CONNECTIONS linking our pipeline to another water service provider. Unfortunately, this setup has resulted in backflow, allowing water from the other source to enter our system. This has directly impacted the quality of our water and may pose a risk to consumer safety. We strongly remind everyone that using a TEE-CONNECTION to connect to another water service provider is ILLEGAL and STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Dual water service connections may be allowed, but the pipelines of each provider must remain entirely separate to maintain water safety and quality.
